    We ask that you at least make an inquiry 1 month before your event date but still inquire if you’re less than a month away. We have the resources to still accommodate you and your event.
  • Where are you located and do you travel ?
    Located in DFW and yes we travel locally and internationally.

  • My event is outside America, can I still book your services ?
    Yes of course. While we have planners based in Texas we also have team members all around the world ready to start plans of your event.
  • I have a very small event, can I still book ?
    Yes of course! We specialize in create intimate spaces.
  • Do you work alone ?
    The A team is made up of many well experienced planners and coordinators.
  • Where can I leave a review ?
    We ask for client feedback after every event, feel free to dm us a review!
  • How much experience do you have?
    Our lead planner has 6+ years experience working in the event world and along side some very talented planners before starting the A team.
